1. Synthesis of Polyoxyethylene Methacrylate
Add methacrylic acid and catalyst amount of boron trifluoride ether and terephthalic acid to the reactor. Close and replace the air in the kettle with nitrogen. Stir and raise the temperature to 90 ℃, and slowly introduce ethylene oxide (the molar ratio of methacrylic acid to ethylene oxide is 1:1) to control the reaction pressure at around 0.2MPa. After passing through ethylene oxide, the pressure is reduced to normal pressure, and the unreacted monomer is evaporated to obtain polyoxyethylene acrylate.
2. Synthesis of ethylene glycol stearate
Add stearic acid and ethylene glycol to the reactor in sequence, with a molar ratio of 2:1. Add a catalyst amount of lead tetroxide. Raise the temperature to 160~170 ℃, and stop the reaction after the water separation is completed. Neutralization, dehydration, and dealcoholization to obtain ethylene glycol stearate.
3. Preparation of Softener YS-2
Add the prepared ethylene glycol stearate and emulsifier OP-10 to the emulsification kettle in sequence. Heat up to 60 ℃, add deionized water to a solid content of 20%, and stir at about 90 ℃ for 1 hour. Cool down to 40 ℃ and discharge to obtain softener YS-2.
4. The compounding of finishing agents for tussah silk fabrics
Add 9 parts of polyoxyethylene methacrylate and 1 part of YS-2 softener to the mixing kettle in sequence. Heat and stir until evenly mixed. Add deionized water to 1000 parts and stir for 0.5 hours.

Synthesis of stearic acid ethylene glycol Stearic acid and ethylene glycol are sequentially added to the reaction kettle, and the molar ratio of the two is 2:1. Add a catalyst amount of lead tetroxide. The temperature is raised to 160~170 ℃, and the reaction is stopped after water separation is completed. The compounding of tussah silk fabric finishing agent 9 parts of polyoxyethylene methacrylate and 1 part of YS-2 softener are sequentially added into the compounding kettle, heated and stirred evenly, then deionized water is added to 1,000 parts, and stirred for 0.5 h.
